Jane is a licensed Interior Designer with National Council for Interior Design Qualification, LEED AP, and over a decade of commercial and residential design and project management experience. She has provided designs and strategic oversight of new construction and renovation projects ranging in size from one-bedroom condos to 150,000 Sf. commercial projects with $3-million budgets. She is a licensed sales agent and Realtor® in the state of Florida.
A key to Jane’s success is her ability to create living spaces that are open and modern, yet are warm and welcoming. Her ability to manage multiple projects in every phase of construction has strengthened her skills in keeping projects on schedule and within budget while delivering award-winning results.
Jane began investing in real estate at age 23 with the purchase of her first property in Boston, MA. She spent just $9,000 in renovations to add an immediate $30,000 in value to the property. After relocating to Los Angeles in 2008 Jane’s passion for real estate investing deepened and she quickly dove headlong into the real estate investment opportunities available in Southern California. Thanks to her design skills, Jane’s first investment property in LA turned over a 70% ROI in less than 6-months.
Jane’s design skills shine in what our target demographic has described as “retro-chic.” She achieves one-of-a-kind designs with “WOW! Factor” by taking homes with a Craftsman, Bungalow or Mid-Century architectural base and integrating an eclectic blend of original design concepts. Jane’s ability to create interest and stir the soul while adding warmth to homes is her trademark.
With Jane as a principal we are equipped to confidently and aggressively acquire, restore and sell homes in sought after neighborhoods with mid to high-level buyers. Jane’s commercial experience also equips us to confidently renovate and modernize multi-family properties for the rental market, bringing them to their highest-and-best use to maximize cash flow.
Jane is an expert as using her design skills to infuse RESTORE 818 rehab projects with materials and finishes that normally would cost tens-of-thousands of dollars more to complete without her skills. This translates into lower rehab costs, faster sales, and higher returns for investors.
